ENGINE becomes the “big village” in the United States, Europe and Australia

July 7, 2022

AdTech and data company ENGINE have been renamed Big Village in the United States, continental Europe and Australia. The rebranding does not include ENGINE Group UK, which was acquired by Next 15 earlier this year.

Big Village is led by Global CEO Kasha Cacy (pictured) and has 450 employees worldwide. Its services include a market research and social media activity focused on understanding customer and employee behavior; and a digital transformation practice, which will use human-centered design principles, engineering and development capabilities to drive social media and business impact.

The group also has a programmatic technology division, EMX by Big Village; and media specialists gathering information on consumer attitudes, target audience, media activation and measurement. Although the rebranding does not include ENGINE Group UK, the proprietary end-to-end EMX (ENGINE Media Exchange) program does have employees working in the UK.

Cacy comments, “When we look at what marketing organizations face today, it has become so complex; campaigns can no longer exist in silos. We’re on a mission to rise to the challenge and solve the problems that others haven’t been able to: provide true transparency in the programmatic market, scale niche audiences that aren’t clearly defined by behavioral data and deeply integrating data and information into media creation and processes, to name a few”.
